THE SERVICES

  • We will work to explore and process life's challenges. I aim to provide a space that is comfortable and safe for you to navigate your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a one-on-one setting. In-person and virtual sessions are available. Offered for ages 6+.

    Pricing: $200 for 50 minute session

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is focused on relieving distress connected to unsettling memories. Initially used to care for patients with PTSD, EMDR helps reduce the emotional intensity of a memory. In-person and virtual sessions are available.

    Pricing: $200 for 50 minute session

  • Focused on improving communication and resolving conflicts within families. Family/Parent Therapy is offered with or without child/children present. In-person sessions preferred.

    Pricing: $220 for 50 minute session

  • Designed to facilitate the reunification of a child or children with one or both parents following a period of separation or estrangement.

    Please inquire about availability for this service.

    Pricing: $300 for 50 minute session

  • Brief Focused Assessments, Child Custody Evaluation Updates, and Child Consultant in Child Focused and Child Inclusive Mediation.

    Pricing: $200 for 60 minute service

  • Once you arrive, I'll give a short tour of the new-to-you space, and then we'll get started. I'll answer any questions you may have before reviewing the informed consent.

    Then it's all about you. I will ask what brings you into therapy, and if you've been in therapy previously. We'll wrap up by discussing what's next: what do you want out of therapy? And what will that look like? I want us to be on the same page moving forward.

    Then the journey begins.

  • I am not contracted with any insurance companies. I can provide a monthly superbill for out of network coverage if you would like to self-submit.

  • My supportive services include: Brief Focused Assessments, Child Custody Evaluation Updates, Child Consultant in Child Focused and Child Informed Mediation. If you’re interested in learning more, please reach out so we can discuss!

  • A brief focused assessment (BFA) is an assessment of narrowly defined, issue-specific questions. They provide the court with reliable information about families within limited timeframes. Read more here and here.
